Sealed Covers containing quotation superscribed “Providing Food Arrangement for the International Workshop- due on 13/11/2025″ should reach the undersigned on or before 13th November, 2025 5:00pm. The Reference Number of the quotation notice should be clearly marked on the top of the envelope. Any Quotations received after the time fixed on the due date will be rejected. See the Notification for detailed specifications.
In this context, you may please note the following points.
The complete details of the bidder, along with the full address, GST Registration Certificate copy, email ID, and Mobile number for speedy communication may also be invariably enclosed.
Please note the following:
- The centre has the right to reject any quotation without assigning any reason
- The rates quoted should be without GST and other charges if any, should be shown separately.
- The rate quoted should be valid at least for a period of two months and no revision in rates will be considered.
- Delivery should be made at the centre in the address given above without any extra cost along with free installation
- No advance will be paid for effective supply and payment will be made only after satisfactory supply of the items.
- The items should be supplied within 10 days from the date of the Purchase order
- The Items supplied should be of standard quality and warranty details should be given in detail. The items damaged within a period of 12 months should be replaced/ repaired to the satisfaction of the centre at the supplier’s own cost.
