The work involves the construction of dsRNA and suppression of CHH, MIH, and GIH gene could be achieved. dsRNA generated is used to study the reproduction metabolism in Recirculating aquaculture system (RAS), which will pave the way for using them as the molecular tool in place for removal of eyestalk.
