CRISPR-Cas9 Mediated Targeted Mutagenesis and efficient Genome editing in Teleost fishes

In contrast to long-term genetic improvement methods like selective breeding, genome editing techniques could speed up the genetic enhancement process. The study establishes a platform for genome editing in teleost fishes using CRISPR/Cas9 technology for functional genomics and strain enhancement for beneficial traits in teleost fish.
